Steps
Get an account op Platform Racing 2. It's a good idea to register at Kongregate as you will get a free hat there. It's also a good idea to get up to (at least) level 10. Then you should get good body parts and stats which might help.
Get your actors. Ask some of your friends to star in your series. it's better to get some of your friends in real life as in PR2 it will be harder to arrange everything. Optionally get their email and other ways to contact them.
Make a script. That's up to you. Try to come up with something original and interesting to watch. You might also want to choose the looks of characters.
Make the stage; make all the maps you need for your movie (If you prepare a drama set the time to 999 secs.)
Rehearse! Get everyone to rehearse. Make sure they get the right timing and are ready to go.
Start recording. Get a program like HyperCam or Cam Studio (You need to purchase the full version of HyperCam to get rid of an annoying little sign in the corner though)
Edit the video. Use Movie Maker or another program. Optionally get an editor.
